Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping

We ship twice per week, and are committed to ensuring our customers receive their goods as soon as possible. All orders placed will be shipped within 1 – 3 business days. Express delivery is recommended, and your order should arrive no longer than 2 business days in metropolitan areas and up to 5 business days in rural areas. Please be aware public holidays and special dates like EOFY, may affect Shipping time frames.

All orders are track-able so you can follow your them at any stage. If your order were not to arrive within our specified time frames please contact us at dylan[at]thinkfeelthrive.com. Whilst, ThinkFeelThrive and related entities cannot be liable for any loss or failures by the Shipping Organisations, we will do everything in our power to ensure you get the issue resolved quickly.

Return Policy

We only stock what we believe to be the best products available on the market and ONLY what we would use with our own Families. Our products come with a 100% return guarantee (delivery costs not included) for damaged products or similar issue, and must notify us within 7 days of reciept of the product.
