  • Blender or processor You can use whatever you have
  • Glass
  • Chopping board
  • Knife

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 1/2 cup Bananas
  • 1 1/2 cup Frozen organic berries
  • 1 tsp Opti MSM
  • 1 tsp Vitamin C blend Your choice

Instructions
 

  • Place the coconut water, bananas, frozen berries , opti MSM ,TFT Vitamin C and ice in a blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth
  • Pour into glasses and serve, garnish with mint or fresh blueberries if desired.
