Project Description

Broccoli is another great superfood from the cruciferous vegetable family. It is very versatile and super quick to prepare for busy parents! Eating raw broccoli is also the best way to get all its nutritional benefits. While a quick steam will ensure most of its nutrients are retained when your family is looking for a hot meal!

What to learn more about the incredible benefits of Broccoli? I’ll post more detail in another post soon!
